Police Allegations: Client Arrested September 2009 and charged with DUI 1st.  Client wanted plea to reckless, Officer refused.  Case was set for trial in magistrate court in September 2011.  When defendant refused to plead guilty to DUI 1st, Officer continued the trial over defense objection and sent the case to General Sessions as a DUI 2nd Offense.  Through Steve Hisker's efforts, the DUI 2nd was dismissed and a new ticket was written for reckless driving.
